What is the difference between screen printing and embroidery?
Screen printing involves applying ink layers to fabric using a stencil, making it suitable for larger quantities and multi-color designs on items like T-shirts and hoodies. Embroidery, on the other hand, uses thread to stitch designs onto fabric, which is ideal for smaller runs, logos, or simpler designs requiring a more refined, textured finish, such as on hats or polo shirts.
What type of garments can you print or embroider on?
We offer printing and embroidery services for a wide range of clothing items. Our capabilities include T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polo shirts, jackets, hats, beanies, caps, bags, aprons, and towels. If you have a specific item in mind that's not listed here, please don't hesitate to inquire about it.
How do I place an order?
To initiate an order, please provide us with your design or logo in a high-resolution format (preferably .png, .ai, .eps, or .pdf). Next, select your desired garment type, size, and colors, and specify the quantity needed. We'll then send you a proof for approval before starting production. Once you've given us the green light, we'll begin the manufacturing process.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For screen printing, our standard minimum order is 12 pieces. Embroidery orders typically require a minimum of 6 items. If you're interested in smaller quantities or samples, please reach out to us to discuss potential options. How long will it take to complete my order?
The production timeline varies based on the complexity and size of the order. For both screen printing and embroidery, the typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days from design approval. If you need your order sooner, we may be able to accommodate rush orders for an additional fee.Can I see a proof of my design before production?
Absolutely. We always provide a digital proof of your design prior to starting production. This step ensures that the design and garment specifications meet your expectations before we proceed. What file formats do you accept for designs?
We accept high-resolution files in vector formats (.ai, .eps, and .pdf) and raster formats (.png,. jpg, and .tiff). To achieve the best quality print or embroidery, please ensure that your design is in high resolution.
How do you determine pricing for my order?
Our pricing is based on several factors including the service type (screen printing or embroidery), the number of colors in the design for screen printing, the quantity ordered, the type of garment selected, and any customization requirements such as size or design placement. We'll provide you with a personalized quote based on these considerations. How should I care for my custom garments?
To maintain the quality of your custom items, we recommend the following care instructions: for screen printed items, machine wash inside out in cold water and either air dry or tumble dry on low heat. For embroidered items, wash inside out in cold water and air dry to prevent fraying of the threads. Can I provide my own garments?
Yes, we can accommodate printing or embroidery on garments you provide. However, we advise consulting with us beforehand to ensure the fabric is compatible with our printing or embroidery techniques.
